Co-funded by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+), the ACT+ (Accessibility and Impact) project, led by PULSE, aims to make impact entrepreneurship more accessible to people who are distanced from the job market. Implemented in the Île-de-France region, the project is fully aligned with the goals of ecological and social transition, as well as enhanced inclusion. 

By supporting the creation of initiatives that address social and environmental challenges, ACT+ serves as a catalyst for empowerment, economic resilience, and local development. PULSE and its partners seek to spark positive, lasting change at the heart of communities, in service of a more solidarity-based economy. 

Spotlight on a Supported Program: La Saison Circulaire 

Among the initiatives backed by ACT+, the La Saison Circulaire program is a clear example of the project’s tangible impact. Designed by PULSE and SUEZ, this six-month incubation program supports entrepreneurs working in the circular economy. 

Now in its fifth edition, the program aims to accelerate ecological and economic transition by supporting concrete projects across the pillars of the circular economy. The latest cohort wrapped up last month with a morning event at PULSE Montreuil, featuring themed roundtables to showcase the journeys of the entrepreneurs, their progress during the program, and the challenges specific to their sectors.
