People distant from employment

Lifting the barriers to employment

At Groupe SOS, we offer a sustainable path back to employment by acting on the barriers that can arise between individuals and the labour market. Inclusive mobility, integration companies, support platforms, training courses leading to qualifications…

Many of our programmes have been built to lift the barriers to employment and provide individualised follow-up, taking into account each person’s background, difficulties and, above all, their human and professional qualities.

 Wimoov

Wimoov aims to provide individual support to anyone in a fragile situation to improve their means of transport. With 25 platforms spread across the country, iit implements many solutions to ensure that transport is no longer an obstacle to professional and social integration.

AERé

The mission of our non-profit AERé (Action Emplois Réfugiés) is to give refugees the opportunity to rebuild their lives and regain their independence through access to employment. To achieve this, the organisation carries out actions aimed at facilitating the integration of refugees through work by creating a space for networking with employers via an online platform. AERé organises its activities around two flagship programmes: SOCLE and AVEC, and proactively engages companies in inclusive recruitment.

Boost numérique, addressing the digital divide

Whether it is to find work (looking or applying for a job…) or in everyday working life, the labour market is becoming more and more digital. This trend is aggravating the situation of “digitally illiterate” people. The digital revolution can therefore amplify the exclusion of the most vulnerable. Groupe SOS, through its Boost Numérique programme and the Reconnect organisation, provides support in the use of digital tools in its facilities.

Combating gender inequality in employment

Gender inequalities are present everywhere in society, including in the labour market. To move towards gender equality in this sphere, Groupe SOS is working to promote female employment and entrepreneurship. To this end, we are deploying innovative programmes that take into account the specific problems faced by women, which hinder their access to employment.
